With Full Color Imprint, The Possibilities Are Endless

Whether you use promotional drinkware as a giveaway, hand out to your staff to show appreciation, or use it to market your brand, full-color imprinting ensures that your brand receives the attention it deserves. Full-color customized drinkware increases its value and allows your brand to shine.

Full color imprint is done in two ways:

D4 – Digital Four-Color Process

In a digital four-color process, the ink applies directly onto your drinkware, followed by a clear reflective coat. This process improves the overall texture and creates a dimension to your print. The process completely elevates your design and gives an aesthetic appeal that you will not find in any other method.

H4 – Heat Transfer Four Color Process

In a heat transfer four color process, the ink is sprayed onto the transfer film, and then applied to your drinkware. This printing process is available as a one-sided imprint and can be applied as a wrap for additional charges.

Items for Using Four Color Printing

Full color imprint requires your submitted artwork to be over 300 dpi and must be qualified to be printed. Available items for using full-color printing are explained below. Using the D4 process, the ink is printed directly onto the bottle, followed by clear coating. We offer high quality print resolution of over 300 dpi and CMYK color space that ensures stunning full color imprint.

Meanwhile, in the H4 process, the ink is first sprayed onto the transfer film and is then applied to your drinkware. Similarly, like D4, we also offer print resolution of over 300 dpi, provided with CMYK color space in H4 process, making its quality really worth watching.

The cost of the full color imprint on your drinkware products depends on multiple factors. First of all, there are some basic charges that are constant such as the setup charge for the whole process. Then, we have to take the imprinting area into consideration. At ApparelnBags.com we offer one sided and two sided full color imprinting with extreme precision. So whichever you choose, you will be charged for that accordingly. Your total full color imprint drinkware cost is calculated on the basis of sides you choose; it is then multiplied by the number of drinkware articles and then is added to the basic setup cost.

Once your order is approved, it will take around ten to fifteen working days to complete the whole production process. Upon completion, your finished full color imprint drinkware will be directly delivered to you in the lowest time frame possible.

When To Use Full-Color Printing As a Decoration Method

In terms of design and color capabilities, full-color printing is exceptionally versatile. However, just like any other decoration method, it has some restrictions. You may use full-color printing if:

Your artwork or design is detailed and colorful – Full color printing is similar to printing an image onto a piece of paper. There is not much you can do in terms of design detail and colors.
You are placing a small order – If you are placing a small order for drinkware, you can use full-color printing as a decoration method.
You are customizing each product individually – If you are customizing each drinkware item individually, heat transfer printing and four-color process printing should be your go-to method.

Additional Requirements For Drinkware Imprint

Art format – We accept all types of artwork formats like ai, eps, psd, pdf, tif, etc. Your artwork text should always be in vector, jpeg or gif upon approval.
Standard resolution size – Over 300 dpi and 100% in size. For the heat transfer printing method, we prefer higher resolution graphics. Your submitted artwork should always be in vector format.
The minimum font size should be around 6 pt for clarity. If you are using fancy fonts, we recommend you to discuss it with the design department first.
