Q:
Am I allowed to cancel or change an already placed order?
Due to our immediate order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. However, you can do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
Q:
Can I return a closeout item?
Closeout items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Closeout items are marked clearly on the product detail page.
Q:
Can I return embellished merchandise?
Merchandise embellished with Screen Print, Embroidery or any other method cannot be returned. At ApparelnBags.com, we put you in charge at every stage and ask for approval on absolutely everything. We do this so that the products customized and embellished turn out exactly the way you want them to be. Once embellished, we may not have a way to revert/fix the artwork. Please pay attention to details as we won’t be able to return/refund for merchandise or embellishment services unless we find that we did not produce approved selection.
Q:
Can I return intimates?

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. For more information, please visit our returns and exchange page.

Exclusions

Items Purchased Over 30 Days

You have a legal right to return your order, as long as you do it within 30 days of making the purchase. After the 30 days have passed, the items will not be eligible for returns.

Embellished and Customized Items

Promotional Products or any other apparel and accessories that have been customized or embellished by any decoration method are not eligible for returns, exchange or any refund.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

If the PPE you receive is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown in the catalog, we’ll make sure to return them if they are in the original, unused condition.

Mill Ship Items

Mill ship items (items shipped directly from the factory) can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective. Regular return/exchange is not allowed for mill ship items.

Items That Have Been Used or Altered

All items that have been used (washed, worn, or found to be dirty), or are altered (not in their original condition) in any way whatsoever are not eligible for exchange or returns.

Intimates

Returns of intimates are subject to inspection – By law, intimates cannot be returned if they are worn, soiled, altered or damaged. We advise you select the correct size via size charts to avoid hassle.

Closeout Items

All sales of closeout Stock Keeping Units are final and are not eligible for exchange, return or refund. The closeout items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

* Damaged / dirty / defective or an incorrect item can be returned irrespective of if they were Mill Ship, Closeout or Intimates.

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers

  • Return Authorization (RA) is mandatory to return the merchandise at ApparelnBags.com
  • Returns will be absolutely free if you received an incorrect item (i.e. you received an item that you did not order).
  • If you are not satisfied with your items you may return them to us within 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
  • In exchange, please place a new order and return the other item that you purchased after receiving the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once we have received your returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to the payment method that was used to place the order.
