How Foil Imprint Works?

It is important to understand that both commercial and small-scale foil printing are completed through a similar process. Your custom design is carefully etched onto a metal die, heated, and pressed onto a layer of foil between the die and your product through a foiling machine. The heated metal die causes the foil to bond onto the surface of your water bottle. The kinds of dies and foils used in the process are explained below.

Step 1 – With the help of a graphic design software, we render your corporate logo/custom design.

Step 2 – Your corporate logo/custom design is carefully etched onto a metal die.

Step 3 – The metal die is then heated, and pressed onto a layer of foil between the die and your product through a foiling machine.

The heated metal die causes the foil to bond onto the surface of your drinkware and voila, your custom foil imprinted drinkware is ready.

Cost of Foil Imprint

The cost of foil imprinting on your drinkware products depends on various factors. First of all we have to take the imprinting area into consideration. At ApparelnBags.com we offer one side and two sided foil imprinting with extreme precision. So whichever you choose, you will be charged for that accordingly. Then there are some basic charges that are constant such as the basic setup charge for the whole process. Your total foil imprint drinkware cost is calculated on the basis of sides you choose; it is then multiplied by the number of drinkware articles and then is added to the basic setup cost. We offer lowest market rates for one sided imprinting, and two sided imprint in the industry. The whole process will approximately take about fifteen to twenty days to be completed and then your finished foil imprinted drinkware will be sent out to be delivered to you.
