Letterman Jacket

  1. The top left front panel of your letterman typically has an embroidered patch containing the initials of your school/college.
  2. The top right front panel of your letterman usually has your team mascot embroidered.
  3. The right sleeve typically contains the school/college logo or initials with the graduation year of the student embroidered underneath. The sleeve can also contain various patches the student has earned for his performance in extra-curricular activities, academics, or can be used for any commemorative patch as well.
  4. The left sleeve typically contains a patch with your jersey number. It should be embellished at the same height as the institution initials. You can also have chevron bars embroidered underneath the jersey number patch signifying the number of years the student has played on the team.
  5. The back of your jacket is reserved for large letterman jacket patches that display your school mascot.
  6. Team name can also be added at the back.
