Lacrosse Team Uniform Number, Logo Placement Guidelines

Lacrosse is a well-liked game in the USA. The World Lacrosse internationally governs the game, while NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association) looks after the sports at the college level. The organization sets rules for the logos, numbers, and other decoration placements on the team uniform. Although the uniform regulations vary from league to league, we provide the basic guidelines for number and logo placements to help you personalize the lacrosse uniforms for your team in the most authentic way.

Lacrosse Team Uniform Logo Placement Guidelines

Lacrosse Jersey

  1. The sponsor’s logo shall be placed at the top left on the front, the size must not exceed 2.25”.
  2. A single, partial or whole manufacturer's trademark or logo may not exceed 2.25” inches in height and width. It shall be placed at the top right on the front.
  3. The team name must be at the centre of the chest and size shall be 9.5”.
  4. Front numbers must be at least 8 inches in height and can be in single color or in two colors with the outline color no wider than 2 inches.
  5. The league logo must go on the top-center at the back, just below the neckline.
  6. Player's name shall be on the back of the jersey, and letters must not be larger than 2 inches.
  7. The back numbers must be at a minimum, 12 inches tall and follow the same contrasting trim dimensions as the front numbers.

Lacrosse Shorts

  1. Manufacturer’s logo is placed on the left side of the short, along the hemline.
  2. The player number can be displayed at the right side of the shorts, also on the hemline.
