Akron Zips - PMS Code, Hex, RGB, CMYK Code

The Akron Zips are the intercollegiate athletic teams that compete for the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio, USA. The Akron Zips logo, unveiled in 2014, was even simpler. It only had the letter "Z" in white thunder style with double outlines of blue and golden color. Because of the sharp angles and "fangs" on the ends of the letters, it appeared dynamic and edgy. In 1986, they won the Conference tournament. In 2006, the Akron Zips men's basketball team won its first Division I postseason game and in 2010, the school's soccer team won its first national championship.
