Real Club Deportivo de La Corua, also known as Deportivo La Corua, is a Spanish professional football club based in A Corua, Galicia. They won La Liga in 2000 and are one of only five clubs to have done so in the last 30 years. Deportivo's crest is reminiscent of Sala Calvet's, with a gentlemen's belt encircling the gymnasium's purple and white banner. The banner itself has a sky blue diagonal band that represents both the A Corua maritime flag and the Galician flag.
