Boise State Broncos - NCAA Team Color Codes

The intercollegiate athletic teams that represent Boise State University, located in Boise, Idaho, are known as the Boise State Broncos. The State has won one NCAA team national championship in 1980, four Big Sky Conference tournament championships in 1976, 1988, 1993, and 1994, and one Western Athletic Conference championship in 2008. The athletic department of Boise State University's Boise State Broncos logo features an angry horse's head. The mascot in the signature color palette represents the impossibility of taming and the difficulty of defeating the team, as well as pride and endurance. "Orange and blue" is the state fight song.
