A4 CPSIA Letter of Compliance

Dear Valued Customer,

As a leading supplier of apparel for over 40 years, A4 is firmly dedicated to the quality of our product, the satisfaction of our customers and the welfare of our employees and community. With these principles in mind, we remain committed to the highest standards of environmental and product safety.

We submitted our entire line of product testing for Flammability of Clothing Textiles (16 CFR 1610), Formaldehyde (AATCC 112) and Lead Content testing, as mandated by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). All our fabrics have passed the Formaldehyde Test. All of the fabrics were found to be exempt from the Flammability Testing due to the weight exemption for plain surface fabrics composed of fiber blends and the fiber content exemption for the single polyester fiber fabrics. All fabrics are also exempt from the Lead in Substrate Test since they are solid fabrics with no after manufacturing components added. All testing is performed by third-party, CPSIA accepted laboratories and subject to rigorous analysis.
