Return Process:

Call us at (813) 344.0919, we send out the RA number and return instructions through email in the next business day.

Acquire and Print shipping label from company of your choice (we strongly recommend UPS or other service that offer tracking facility)

Prepare the package with full or partial order you want to return and put the RA inside the package.

Ship the package. Once the package is received by our warehouse, credit will be applied to the credit card (or payment option) you used for the order.


Mill Ship: All Mill-Ship SKU sales are final and not eligible for exchange, return or refund. If defective or damaged, we will happily accept returns on these items and quickly replace the defective item

Close-OutItem Return Policy: Close-out items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Close out items will be marked clearly on product detail page

Intimates Return Policy: By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been worn or tried on. Please review size chart and compare with your existing intimates.

Embellished Merchandise Return Policy: Merchandise embellished with Screen Print, Embroidery or any other method cannot be returned. At, we put you incharge at every stage to approve artwork and customization location during embellishment process. Once embellished, we may not have a way to revert/fix the artwork. Please pay attention to details as we won’t be able to return/refund for merchandise or embellishment services unless we find that we did not produced to approved artwork/color selection.

Worn, dirty, washed or altered items cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Policy for International Customers:

  • Return Autharization (RA) is mandatory to return merchandise at
  • Returns will be absolutely free if you received an incorrect item (i.e. you received an item that you did not ordered)
  • If you are not satisfied with your items you may return it to us within 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
  • In exchange, please place a new order and return the other item that you purchased after receiving RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once we receive your returned merchandise, refunds will be processed to the payment method that were used to place the order.
